Had work done on my car today 9/30/25 and to say that I’m thrilled with the outcome would be an understatement. These guys truly can do it all! I’ve been going to mad hatter for custom exhaust work for 18 years and I’ve never been disappointed. To quote Michael Scott, I always left the shop “satisfied and smiling.” Admittedly, out of convenience due to location compared to my workplace, I went to another muffler shop months back before coming to mad hatter. Big mistake; staff were rude, they took one look at the stock exhaust setup and questioned why I’d ever think this muffler would fit. They sent me on my way but not before suggesting a resonator delete after the cat and full rework of the exhaust system to accommodate the muffler for an uncomfortable $350+ price tag. Clearly you can see the quality work done by mad hatter today. Initially there was some hesitation whether or not this muffler would truly fit - I believe it came from a place of care and caution for the customer - but I was assured that one of the best welders at the shop was working on my exhaust and if anyone could do it he could. Maybe 45 minutes later it was done, parked out front and the cost was a fraction of the other shop’s quote. Convenience didn’t mean satisfaction with the other shop, but the tried and true mad hatter got the job done quickly and efficiently with a cost effective mindset and customer service as a top priority. Brought my Ford F-150 in at 8am. Was out the door by 8:30am with a fixed exhaust pipe leak for $108! Amazing price. Amazing service.

Needed a custom repair that would have cost a place like the dealership or general Auto care spot about $800 as they would only replace not repair. Mad Hatter got it done $75. No appointment and work done in about 1 hour. Warranty for a year. Highly recommend.

I recently had an aftermarket exhaust installed on my mini cooper here. Donnie was very professional and he went out of his way to make sure the system fit. There were modifications that had to be done. Donnie and team found 2-3 different options and called me to explain and then did an exceptional job. This business is very busy because of the top notch work and the very affordable prices. I highly recommend this business. Donnie is the manager and he is a gentleman. They will take good care of you! I love my mini cooper new sound and looks now.

I had my car repaired at the Mad Hatter recently, and I will absolutely be back! I was extremely impressed with how efficiently and professionally they operated. I had a 7:00 AM appointment, and they took me in right on time. The mechanic even came into the service room and invited me to see what was going on with my car. He walked me through the issue clearly and answered all my questions. Amazingly, the repair was completed by 7:40 AM, and I was on my way home shortly after! While I waited, I also noticed the receptionist handling walk-ins with exceptional professionalism. Even though they were fully booked for the day, he offered people alternative options, including referring them to a sister company. The level of customer service here is truly outstanding—I haven’t seen anything like it in years. I’ve already been telling all my friends about this place. Highly recommend!
